Here is an interesting reading for you, for me also: https://www.yoctoproject.org/pipermail/meta-xilinx/2015-July/001060.html What I am getting from this reading is that you need to try with the following line: TUNE_FEATURES = "arm armv6 vfp arm1176jzfs" I guess, YOCTO people have not too much experience with armv6, nor me, but this should be (I hope) generic.
