As Hans said, you should not need to install any of these host packages since Yocto is for most part all self-contained. If you think that you need to install host packages then there may be something wrong with building a particular tool for the development host. That is typically done with BBCLASSEXTENDS = "native" or BBCLASSETENDS = "native native-sdk".
