The value was defined as:
FILESEXTRAPATHS_prepend := "${THISDIR}/refpolicy-${PV}:"
and changed it to:
FILESEXTRAPATHS_prepend := "${THISDIR}/refpolicy-2.20130424:"
because the bb that inherit this overwrites the PV every time,
changing its name.
