Ok, there is a patch for opk that adds option to ignore UIDs. http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/opkg/patch/libopkg/opkg_conf.c?id=fff984ba1e9070b8e6a5d40a61e5f4f018b1aeb2 I will add this to my layer.
