Do you see an image with .rpi-sdimg in deploy/images/raspberrypi3

 % ls *.rpi-sdimg
rpi-hwup-image-raspberrypi3-20161103050832.rootfs.rpi-sdimg
rpi-hwup-image-raspberrypi3.rpi-sdimg@

Thats the one you should be able to dd
