The Yocto Project has an arm64 builder that they are in the middle of bring up. If might be helpful to the project if you could open a bug on this. I know there are a few folks building on raspberrypi who my be on the different mailing list, openembedded-c...@lists.openembedded.org. You might want to post your question there too.
