David is likely too polite a chap to react to what above, I'm totally
unpolite so ...

... is FSMLabs RTAI/RTLinux neutral?

Note that RTAI has been RTL friendly in many things during the recent
past, the opposite never happened.

So even if Lineo support to RTAI, as well as the one from
Poseidoncontrol and many others, is warmly warmly welcomed, RTAI is a
Dipartimento di Ingegneria Aerospaziale (DIAPM) OSS project and it will
remain as such ALWAYS, it will rather die.

In fact Lineo is likely much more neutral than you believe, they have to
serve clients and if clients ask for RTL they use RTL. If you look at
what they distribute you'll see they strive for making it usable with
both RTAI and RTL.
That can trouble you as once you set it OSS you must be ready to accept
loosing clients on your own software. RTAI strength is that it has no
need for clients, it is enough we (DIAPM) are happy with it.

So IFF, remark the IFF, the above statement tries to convey the idea
that RTAI is somewhat bound to Lineo, and Victor knows very well he
unfairly cheated that idea around (I read some other mailing lists at
leat), readers are adviced that it is TOTALLY UNTRUE, and those
supporting it are TRUE LIARS.

Everybody should be warned that if he/she dares to say such a thing in
front of me, and my body size is largers than his/hers, he/she will get
a painfull kick in his/her ass.

Ciao, Paolo.
