Need to implement a WSDL and XSD to IDL tool. Optionally this tool can produce
a WSDL file with the corba binding information for SOA and Webservices
implementation wanting to deal with just the WSDL. Optionally IDL would be
useful to help pure corba applications talk to webservice/SOA applications.
