This patch increases japitools succes rate fot this package from 85.39% to
89.07%. This patch also makes org.omg.PortableServer.CurrentPackage,
org.omg.PortableServer.POAManagerPackage and org.omg.PortableServer.POAPackage
packages fully compatible with 1.5.
The patch can be applied to core and yoko-spec-corba modules.
Please do not close the issue after applying the patch since it is a partial
fix.
