Is it possible to get another snapshot published?

Jira OPENEJB-276 introduced a new policy for openejb to use to achieve 
CSIv2 compliance.  This unfortunately will require another snapshot to 
be published so the openejb changes can see the new classes.  Can I get 
another volunteer to push a new snapshot of the latest revision to the 
repository?
