A small update to these.

If you load an instrument that is unnamed it gets called "No Title". This is
true whether it is a direct instrument load, or inside a parameter set. Both
Zyn and older versions of Yoshi can create such blank entries.

If you try to save a default instrument or parameter set Yoshi will refuse,
saying "Nothing to save!"

If a parameter set contains a mixture of default & edited/pre-loaded
instruments, the default ones will not be saved, but all the others will.

As soon as you enter any of the three synth engines, if the instrument was named
"Simple Sound" it gets changed to "No Title". That is how this version of Yoshi
knows when you are trying to save default files.

If anyone *really* wants to name their wonderful new instrument as "Simple
Sound" tough! :)

Say you have a poem and I have a tune.
Exchange them and we can both have a poem, a tune, and a song.
