Hi Tom, 
Actually, the only time I've used jack-keyboard was when testing to ensure
yoshi correctly linked to to named jack midi sources. I usually work with
Rosegarden which means it has to be alsa-midi. Sadly, I don't think there is
anyone on the Rosegarden team that can add in jack midi :(
