Dear William Smith,

All I want is to upgrade my Office for MAC 2008 student edition to office for
MAC 2011 professional edition (that includes Outlook).

In essence, I want to get rid of Entourage, and substitute it for the new 2011
Outlook for MAC. If you are interested in my reasons, please ask and I'll
write you a book explaining how poor Entourage is for someone who's used to
using

Everything else you mention is not understandable by me - sorry.

If you can help in what I need please offer your suggestion.

Best Regards,

Hendrik
