Just a thought. In the past we needed messages in folders to find related items, but Spotlight search it's not so important to be meticulous in saving our messages. Consider using Spotlight to find messages rather than looking in a folder. The new conversation view in Outlook will also show messages that are linked. Check Outlook's Help for "View e-mail messages by conversation". Hope this helps!
