I have a friend with a 13 month old iMac 24 inch. OS 10.6.4, Entourage 12.2.7, Database - 1.4GB
When she deletes a message from the Inbox, Entourage quits for both plain text and HTML messages. She updated to 12.2.7 Oct 22. She started having the delete problem 6 days later. Verifying database integrity indicates database working properly. Any suggestions as to the fix. com.microsoft.Entourage.plist hasn't been removed yet but I doubt that will be the fix. She has a Time Machine backup. Can she just do a, before Oct 22, Restore of Microsoft Office without creating other problems? Does Office Restore have any impact on MUD?
