I did. Make sure you enable checking and sending over https. I checked the error number page for Entourage (and I suspect the same issues and solutions apply here): http://www.entourage.mvps.org/error/number.html#error-2171 In essence, it seems to indicate that the server was too slow (which I can believe). The article suggests settings you can change. FYI, for Gmail, I also set the account to use [Gmail] as the IMAP root (in the advanced settings for the IMAP account).
