>Hello, All --

First, I just installed Office 2010 with Outlook, so I apologize if my
questions were answered previously here and I didn't pay attention.

Second, I am on the first day with Outlook, am confused about a few
things, and have the following initial questions:

1. Previously, in Entourage, when highlighting desired text in a receive
message and clicking reply (or command+R), my reply message would include
the desired attribute line at the top, then a bulleted/colored version of
the selected text, then the cursor, and below that my signature, so all I
had to do was start typing my reply. In Outlook, the attribute line, my
signature, and the cursor replacement are all OK, but it appears that the
only way that the selected text from the received message can appear is
large, bold and indented, with no bulleting, no color, etc. I always liked
bulleting/colors, because a given message could include a few generations
of a thread, with each easily identifiable by the no. of bullets and
color. Is that functionality now gone forever??

2. It also appears that there is no way to set an automatic text line wrap
in HTML, or am I missing something (in Entourage, a drop down menu had a
wrap text and, as I recall, there was even a setting to set the no. of
characters at which to auto-wrap)??

3. How do I search a given mail folder by sender or subject from within
the 3 pane view?? Entourage had a convenient search box specifically for
that and, unless I am missing something, there is no way to do this in
Outlook??

4. I had a ton of Entourage scripts but they did not migrate to Outlook --
I haven't tried, but if I just drag them into the Outlook scripts folder,
will they still work??

5. Lastly (for now ;-)), is this the correct place to Outlook questions,
or is there a new Outlook mailing list I should subscribe to??

Thanks Much,
George A.
