Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that we are planning a tutorial and hackathon for
Flash-X to be held in the week of July 8 at the University of Chicago. In the
tutorial we will explain the new architecture, and tools that enable the use of
Flash-X on heterogeneous platforms. We will walk you through examples and show
you some helper tools that we have developed to ease the process of transition.
Tutorial will be on the first day, and it will be hybrid.

The next few days (to be determined by the number of expected attendees) we
will help the participants in making modifications to their FLASH4 code to
become compatible with Flash-X. More advanced users/developers will also be
able to get assistance in using GPUs on their codes.

To help us plan we need to get an estimate of number of attendees. Please
respond to the very short google form below at your earliest convenience,
preferably this week.
