If we changed the filelists db format to be one file per row so we were
storing:
pkgID, full filepath/name
I'm curious how that looks size-wise and what sort of performance we see
out of it with an index on pkgID.
Size-wise it looks pretty bad. So much so that whatever the performance,
it's not going to be worth it I think (fc-development filelists used for
data):
