I'd prefer to get 3.0.3 out this friday with just the fewest number of
bugfixes to 3.0.2 as possible and put in the changes you talk about here
with in 3.0.4 if that makes sense.

Ok, i have applied it CVS HEAD, i will add to the 3_0_X branch after
3.0.3 has been released.
