While this patch fixes a real bug there is some other code that might lead
to similar problems. Especially some TransactionData methods (.add*()) have
a bit "relaxed" attitude towards reporting the right txmbrs back.
Additionally we could use/switch to tsInfo.changed as indicator if the
depsolving needs to continue as it should be much more reliable.
