[Yum-devel] how to handle conflict with yum-skip-broken plugin.

How do we handle the conflict with current yum HEAD including a '--skip-broken' option in yum-cli with the yum-skip-broken plugin in the best way. 

1. Add a conflict yum-skip-broken to yum.spec
2. Add a conflict yum > 3.2.8 in yum-skip-broken-plugin spec
3. Add s obsoletes yum-skip-broken in yum.spec.
