Hi
I a moment of insanity, i have started the process of translation
support to yum.
* I have moved i18n.py to yum/i18n.py to make it possible to translate
yum base.
* i have add po/Makefile with the magic pieces to
generate/update/install yum.pot, *.po etc.
* i have added to stuff to yum.spec so the transaction files can be
installed.
* i have add _() translation wrapper to all message strings in
yum/__init__.py
