So as some of you know, I've been working on doing a yum-verify plugin
to add a "verify" command ... based on the pkg.verify() work Seth did.

 I've finally finished it, and verify-rpm does the same thing as rpm -V
and "verify" on it's own is a little bit more usable :) ... however I'm
not sure if I should commit it yet, as the plugin requires code in an
unreleased version of yum.
 Is there any precedent? What are everyone's opinions?
