[Yum-devel] rework introduction to yum.8

This is intended as the first in a series of patches to tidy up the man page.  
Earlier in
the July I posted a couple of messages to the yum mailing list with a link to a 
PDF file
of the reformatted man page (https://portal.ford-mason.co.uk/yum.8-new.pdf).  
Those
changes were made to a released version of yum - these patches are against 
trunk.
