Hi.
I'm currently maintaining the Nagios check plugin for yum (check_yum). An issue is, that even when I just invoke yum to check for available updates, it already blocks (at worst) infinitely... which is for me of course undesired. Can I make it non-blocking.... i.e. that it fails with a special error code or so... which denotes that another yum process held the lock? Cheers, Chris.
