Beta freeze is nearing its end and it's time to drop another DNF into
F18. The main new things in the 0.2.17 release are:
- 'dnf upgrade-to' now works.
- 'dnf distro-sync' now works (but only without limiting the set of
packages, i.e. it takes no arguments now. This will be remedied later
with a newer libsolv.)
- fix UnicodeDecodeError crash in history.py. (RhBug:877332)
- fix: transaction traceback when rpmdb contains a package with no HDRID
(RhBug:878823)
The rawhide build is currently seeing a weird failure in one of the unit
tests, trying to find a rawhide machine to look at it now (it's quite
hard to get one).
