I built dnf-0.2.21-1 and hawkey-0.3.7-2 for both f18 and rawhide today.
This is the first version after I started on forming the new API. The
little that can be seen already is:
- YumBase was renamed to Base and is accessible from the toplevel 'dnf'
package
- instantiating the Base object gives it a real conf attribute,
prefilled with defaults. There's no more lazy instantiation of the conf
object and there's no more preconf object (there's still _YumPreRepoConf
though)
Other major fixes in DNF since 0.2.20 are:
added config option for the default userinput answer. ([email protected])
fixed bug 901934 - dnf pulling i686 packages during dnf update
fixed bug 901833 - handling packages with identified arch
fixed bug 902810 - no longer complaining about unfinished transactions
fixed bug 901833 - list command accepts NEVRA combinations as arguments
Hawkey enhancements:
fixed bug 908406 - obtaining conflicts and provides from a package
fixed bug 908372 - filtering by what a package provides
fixed bug 903687 - Improved parsing and estimating the meaning of
arbitrary package selection with a version.
