 So, I think the idea is cool ... and is something I'd looked at doing a
few different ways a few times (being able to see what is excluded).
 However this actually excludes the packages, right? So something like:

yum shell --disableexcludes=all <<EOL
list kernel*
upgrade kernel*
run
EOL

...will fail, as the upgrade won't be able to find the non-excluded
packages.

 When I'd thought about it I'd thought about adding something like the
"Not installed" / "Not available" lists ... but it wasn't super obvious
what the best UI would be there.
