True, Cris... But I think the point here is that he shouldn't have to do that. Someone effed up. I think it would be wise to figure who that someone is... Our little "vine" sessions have been working pretty damn well up to now. If someone can't play by the rules, then maybe that someone shouldn't play? I dunno... SOFA   You could always use EAC to extract the tracks then re-burn it without the gaps.
