Hi Nick,                 when you sent me the below email I presumed you had already received it and decided from my reply to send it to Fernando. Surely it should have got to you from  [EMAIL PROTECTED]   by now? I would say something is wrong and its gone missing. I would email  [EMAIL PROTECTED] to tell him you didn't get it and see what happens.
