Like Cris said TMPGEnc’s video editor can probably do it They also make the best DVD authoring software I’ve seen so far with a free full featured try out. There are a bunch of other products available as well. This website is like the oracle of all video knowledge.

Hi Richard

This one does most of those jobs.

Have a look at the FAQs for further info.

Hi All,

does anyone know of any free software a guy can download that will convert MPEG, AVI, Windows media and so on, into VCD/DVD or any other format that is playable on domestic DVD players? A facility to swap between NTSC and PAL formats might be good too, but maybe I am asking a little much there.

All the best, Richard.
