Welcome to the Zappa-List, Schmig! No need to feel intimidated; the vine system here was developed to eliminate the "but I've got nothing good to trade" feeling that new collectors have. We have lots of contributors! The prevailing attitude here is "what can I share?", not "what can I get in return for my contribution". And that's the way I like it... What you need to do to get started is visit the yahoo groups Zappa-List page, and peruse the messages for "VO's" (vine offers); find the last post regarding a vine that sounds interesting; respond to that message by adding your name to the end of the list; pay attention to that message thread for anyone who may sign up behind you. If you've read the FAQ, then you should be ready to jump on in! You may email me privately, if you're still unsure how to play along...
