Allan, At this point,this is no longer a vine. The vine, as you said, ran its course and you were offering it up to any takers. If you want to start another vine, post a VO (vine offer). Or you could enter it into the Orphaned Vine List, then anyone that wanted it could request it from you without starting another vine... sort of how you offered this up.
