I t meas that your selected font doesn't support some Arabic characters. Download and install Scheherazade font<http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/render_download.php?format=file&media_id=scheherazade_OT_1_005&filename=ScheherazadeRegOT-1.005.zip>and change your font to Scheherazade.
