Yessir, but who can DO it? Not an 8-year-old, nor even an 80-year-old.
It takes some good luck and some good tidings. Somebody needs to have taught
us the proper way(s) of practice. Don't *minimize* that extreme kindness. Nor
our willingness, need, or susceptibility to trust and try.
