Merle, Cousin,
I won't check him out, for now.
I flew kites with the best, in Central Park.
There was a fraternity of retired guys there, building kites and flying them,
when I was a youngster in college uptown. I'd come down on my 10-speed bike,
and learn from them, over years.
"Frank", the kite man, from Puerto Rico.
And, darn, I forget the name of the old Jewish fellow who taught me so much
about Indian Fighter Kites (the competitive kites of India).
Mostly, these guys flew Indian Fighters, and so did I.
I still build them, and fly them. I thank my lucky stars.
The only way to fly them is to build them.
Strong Kite Practice,
