There are fourteen questions the Buddha refused to answer.  He said that the 
answers, if there are any, "Do not conduce toward awakening".

Pretty clear, there.

See the fourteen questions.  Some view it/them as FOUR, but there are unique  
variations of each question; you'll see/understand.

Go ahead and Google our technical term for the questions, considered in the 
composite: the "Amakrita".
