Hi Nick, looks like the Debian translator package is corrupted.
Try this steps:
http://www.go2linux.org/problem-upgrading-debian-Couldnt-rebuild-package-cache
And go ahead with the commands below.
root# apt-get update
root# apt-get install zenloadbalancer
