Port ranges per farm (so that they have the same affinity)!
E.g.:
Ports 1000-2000,5003 would forward all ports between 1000 and 2000 plus 5003
Ports 819,5016,33451-33453,50011 would forward ports 819,5016,33451 to 33453
and 50011
