Thanks for the reply. I managed to get around it a different route by
doing the following...
rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/*
apt-get update
edit the
/var/lib/apt/lists/zenloadbalancer.sourceforge.net_apt_x86_v2_Packages file
and change the version listed for zenloadbalancer from 2.0 to 2.rc31
apt-get install zenloadbalancer
The update ran happily after that.
