Ronni it's a backend issue (web server) it's not in a solution in the load
balancing.
In this case the load balancer add the x-forwarded-for header. you can
learn more about it in wikipedia (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X-Forwarded-For)
For HTTP farms the x-forwarded-for header is enabled by default
For TCP farms you have to enable it with a checkbox.
if you are working with iis in backends you have a look in microsoft to
personalise log format
