1. For tcp profiles Zen checks by default if tcp port is opened in backends
in all conections. If you enable farmguaridan you can run advanced checks
and it is managed by an escheduler
2. If you want to run the lb without proxy at this moment only it is
possible in l4 farms (v3rc1)
