There isn't an official way to update from v2 stable to v3, if you want you
can download the iso and save it the zenloadbalancer deb package and
dependencies.
About put and get url I give you a quick idea:
GET url:
http://yourweb.com/index.php?varible1=value1&variable2=value2&variable3=value3
PUT url http://yourweb.com/index.php/myweb.php
with patterns you can build url redirections for example, I hope this help
