I think you've explained how it works for me. Basically the back end web
servers don't need http, zen has https but the traffic it passes to the back
end server is http. That does pass http host header information.

Personaly I don't understand your question very well, but zen can works in
HTTPS mode.
It receives connections and send request to clients in HTTP. is that you mean?
In that case you can do your own test wiht HTTPS profile, use a test
certificate (you can obtain one in zen for this purpose by default) and
configure your backends in 80 port in the same farm.

Hi,
I'm looking for a solution to load balance a couple of IIS 7.5 boxes that host
multiple sites running SSL and using host headers for SSL as they share a
wildcard SSL cert.
My questions are:
1) Can Zen Loadbalancer forward host headers to a web server, standard port 80
host headers.
2) Can it do the same with SSL host headers?
