Sorry to ask what is likely a simple-to-answer question but I'm having a heck of a time finding the answer.

I installed the ISO Zen Load Balancer, and it works OK, but every now and then I am running into pen issues (where it blocks access from 127.0.0.1 due to too many connections). I do see that there's a patch available from Zen's site, but there aren't instructions on how to apply it, or install it. Any direction would be massively appreciated - thank you!
