Can you verify:
1) External hostname is properly configured (Yep; it resolves
correctly and matches what's in Exchange)
2) Certificate for the external hostname is valid (yep; it's a
wildcard)
3) Direct connection to Exchange without loadbalancer is functioning?
(yep; the analyzer and Test-OutlookConnectivity -protocol http succeed)
Also what is the method you selected for loadbalancing? (Round robin with
persistence based on client ip)
