If the 2nd node goes up once you restart it then it means that the cluster
service is not working properly.
Are you running zen in physical or vitual, if virtual what hypervisor are
you working with? Did you install the hypervisor tools or vm tools?
Once you configure the cluster service please be sure that the cluster VIP
is running only in the master node.
Send us screenshots with the configuration and network status in the case
you detect the issue
