Thanks. Hmm, now I'm more stumped. I guess I'll just have to install
everything on a (virtual) machine in your timezone/locale to reproduce
the problem.
I certainly want the date/timezone to work for everyone around the world.

Hmm. This might be a locale issue, but I didn't think Zope used locale
to define the DateTime format. Try this:
