i am monitoring a process on a remote computer , zenoss uses snmp to collect information and compares it to what it already had. now i thought the configuration option FailSeverity would allow me to classify the severity of the event that a process dies/restarts, but it doesnt, after fiddling with the numbers it either generates an orange(error event) or a grey one, only visible when selecting clean in the list of events. how can i modify the severity of a certain event if it's not via FailSeverity. and what does the FailSeverity do?
